School Captains
We are delighted to appoint our Student Leadership Team for 2017. The school captains and sports captains, act as a liaison between the students and staff, and between the school and the community.
In 2017, Sirius College Eastmeadows and Dallas campuses will be focusing on ‘leadership development’ for our students. We encourage them to take on responsibilities and be a role model to their peers. Through the leadership development program and SRC program, our students are able to learn how to create important and necessary changes in a safe and exploratory environment. We wish them the best for 2017 and welcome them to their new and exciting roles!

A look at Lina Benserai's thank you speech.
Good morning everyone.
First I would like to give a big round of applause to Maria, our deputy school captain, Nisa, our sports captain and Zain our deputy sports captain, for making such great achievements. I would also like to give a big round of applause to everyone who participated in voting and our amazing teachers for making all this possible.
It is a privilege to be your school captain and represent such a great school.
Thankyou everybody who also participated in the school election. I would also like to thank everyone who took part in voting.
I would like to thank the school for giving me such an amazing opportunity to show that I can be a great leader, because I treat the school the same way I treat myself, my friends and my family.
I may not be able to promise everything like having fizzy drinks come out of the drinking taps, but I can promise that I will strive to do my best and represent this school well.
Thank you everyone again for giving me this great opportunity to represent such an amazing school.
Thank you for your time.

Student Representative Council - Sirius College
SRC
SRC means representing all of the students enrolled in Sirius College. We are proud to be selected as we will be the voice for all of the students, from the juniors to the seniors. We will be doing many activities throughout the semester. Our first activity will be encouraging all of the students to be sun smart by wearing their school hats while outside. Stay tuned for our many updates in the upcoming newsletters.
